Asset Chain is a Layer 1 EVM-compatible blockchain that runs on Lachesis proof-of-stake consensus mechanism with horizontal scaling ability.
Asset Chain can process up to 20,000 transactions concurrently and has a block finality of 1 second.
Asset Chain validator nodes will be tokenized to allow anyone anywhere to own a part of these nodes and share the validator rewards. This improves decentralization and security of the blockchain as well as increases liquidity on the blockchain
Asset Chain’s design allows a maximum amount of fee per block and this ensures that no matter the traffic on-chain, fees are low . Asset Chain fees are cheaper than other L1s and L2s.
