Repaying the debt burns the ZCHF and releases the collateral; undercollateralized positions are liquidated via market auction, not an oracle price. A reserve pool, capitalized by Frankencoin Pool Shares (FPS), absorbs any shortfall. Frankencoin Shares (FCS) is a 1:1 wrapper of FPS that governs the protocol under improved rules.
