The HYPE backing the vault is delegated to Hyperliquid validators, while hlHYPE remains transferable. As validator rewards accrue, the HYPE-per-hlHYPE exchange rate increases. hlHYPE also supports staking-based trading fee discounts for eligible HyperLink users.
